🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Simply enter your address at checkout to view the shipping cost for your destination.

💰 Customs Fees & Import Duties

  • Please note that we will always try to ship items from our UK store, but when stock is unavailable, we will ship from our US fulfilment center.

  • Orders shipped from international fulfillment centers may be subject to customs fees or import duties.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Our shipping rates do not include these additional fees.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to cover any applicable customs or import charges.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

We partner with trusted couriers to deliver your package as quickly as possible. Typical delivery times are:

  • Local delivery (within your country): 3–7 business days

  • International delivery: 7–30 business days

  • Place separate orders for each address during checkout.

  • You can repeat this process as many times as you like.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

⏳ Delays

While we strive to deliver promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

  • Keep an eye on your tracking updates.

  • If you’re concerned, contact our support team—we’ll investigate and assist you.

📝 Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address at checkout:

  • Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it for you.

  • If it’s already shipped, we cannot change the address. In some cases, the package may return to us, and we can reship it.

Please note: If the package cannot be intercepted or collected, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. However, our team will do everything possible to help resolve the situation.

❌ Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost:

  • Contact our support team so we can follow up with the courier.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

    • Check around your residence and with neighbors.

    • Contact the courier directly to report the issue.

Please note: We cannot refund packages marked as “delivered” by the courier, but we’ll gladly assist you in investigating further.
